Do you need a drone license?


Completing the VLOS (Visual Line of Sight) training organized by UASA in Pruszcz Gdański, near the Tri-City and passing the state examination, is a prerequisite for drone flights within the operator’s and observer’s sight for commercial purposes.

It includes a series of lectures and practical training, after which you will not only be ready to take the state exam but also start your own aviation business. After completing the training and passing the exam, the participant receives a Drone Operator Qualification Certificate – commonly known as a drone license.

The training is carried out in accordance with the training program published by the President of the Civil Aviation Office, which you can read at (only available in Polish language):

You will also need to add 46 PLN to the training price in order to pay a fee to the Civil Aviation Authority for issuing a qualification certificate.
